WHAT IS THE
EASY TH?
EASY TH is the bench laboratory solution for customers who want to manually check the CCIT of freeze-dried products in vials and ampoules.
EASY TH permits to inspect vacuum and inert gas purge containers. An innovative hardware machine can detect slight variations in the percentage of oxygen present inside containers.
Container rotation, and auto adjustable distance between product and laser device, are only a few of the features that permit extremely accurate inspection.

EASY TH FEATURES:
- Easy TH can work either as sampling equipment or a laboratory bench for Head Space Gas Analysis, which permits to determine with high accuracy the presence of gas (O2 or CO2) on the container headspace;

HOW DOES THE LASER WORK?
A laser source emits a ray at a specific frequency, focused on the element we want to detect.

RESULTS & PRODUCT ACCEPTANCE:
It is possible to set up a threshold on the Easy TH to evidence the result and discriminate between acceptable containers and bad ones.
