Print & Apply Station (VM1500)
Standalone module for in-line automatic bottle/carton to case aggregation
The Print & Apply station is designed for the aggregation of bottles or cartons to case. Before being shipped, all products, boxes or bottles that are packed together must be identified to establish a parent-child relationship. This step is an integral part of the aggregation process. Print & Apply station has been designed to best answer to these requirements and can perform both:
- full aggregation of bottles or cartons to case: a dedicated camera system is equipped to read all item codes to generate aggregation, then the labelling/camera unit prints, applies and verifies the aggregation label on the container;
- case labelling only, when a labelling unit cannot be mounted directly on case packers: the station receives aggregation data then prints, applies and verifies the aggregation label on the closed case.
- STANDARD CASE SIZE (mm): A = 150-600 / B = 100-400 / C = 100-400
- WORKING HEIGHT: 500-1200 mm
