Print & Apply Station (VM2900)
Standalone module for in-line automatic bottle/carton-to-bundle aggregation
Designed to complete the aggregation process, the station mechanically handles packaged units generating the label, applying it to each bundle and verifying the operation. Flat application of labels on three sides (machine, operator, top). The outfeed group layout can be configured according to two line direction: linear or 90 degrees on operator side. The rejection system can be configured according to two line direction: linear or 90 degrees on operator side. Single HMI allows easy operations and recipe management.
According to the line architecture, the Print & Apply station can perform:
- full aggregation of bottles or cartons to bundle: a dedicated camera system is equipped to read all item codes to generate aggregation, then the labelling/camera unit prints, applies and verifies the aggregation label on the container.
- labelling only, when a full codes reding of the bundle is not feasible the machine works in combination whit an integration in upstream bundling machine.
- STANDARD BUNDLE/CASE SIZE (mm): A = 50-300 / B = 15-250 / C = 45-300
- WORKING HEIGHT: 800-1000 mm
