P&C AIO is a stand-alone automatic unit that performs all serialization functions, including marking, recording and verifying all serialization data, ensuring data consistency and security under all conditions. It is a highly flexible unit that integrates check weighing, labeling and tamper-evident sealing capabilities to printing and verification of data on multiple sides of the carton (up to 3). Printing can be realized with TIJ or laser printer. The P&C AIO offers perfect space optimization. Integrated labeling unit is equipped with inspection system to verify the position, integrity and correctness of data on the label. Optional integrated thermal transfer print engine. Equipped with integrated tamper-proof seal application unit for airplane or reverse tuck carton.
