Print & Check Flat Carton (VM3701)
Standalone module for offline serialization of flat cartons
The model VM3701-PRINT&CHECK FC is a semi-automatic standalone unit performing all serialization functions, including marking, recording, and verification of all serialization data. It is specifically designed to serialize flat empty cartons (boxes). The flat cartons are loaded into a collector that precisely feeds the conveyor belt. The cartons are printed, and a camera checks the correctness of the data. At the end of the conveyor line, a system rejects the faulty cartons from the good ones.
This unit also offers an Optional Labeling System, which includes a labeling system equipped with a control camera to verify the accuracy of the labels.
The conveyor belt, specifically designed for the P&C FC with a high-grip rubber, can be easily adjusted according to the carton size. The unit is equipped with an 18.5” touch screen with an ergonomic design to support the operator throughout the process. Additionally, the machine includes a manual code reader for identifying and re-aggregating the product. The signaling column fixed on top of the machine reports the status of the machine itself.
