Standalone module for offline flexible manual operations
The Print & Check SP is a semi-automatic standalone unit performing all serialization functions including marking, recording, and verification of all serialization data. A precise conveyor belt moves the cartons that are first printed, and immediately afterward a camera verifies the correctness of the printed data. In case of nonconformity, the belt stops, allowing the operator to remove the affected box. The P&C SP is ideally designed to serialize even unformed boxes. The P&C SP comes with a manual reader which together with the PTS software enable the aggregation function. This unit is equipped with an 18.5” touch screen with ergonomic design to support the operator throughout the process. The machine is also equipped with a manual code reader for identifying and re-aggregation of the product. The signaling column fixed on the top of machine reports the status of the machine itself.
