Automatic High Voltage Leak Detection Machine for Liquids in BFS Cards.
The Antares Vision Group TP Convel Tech machine performs an in-line, fully automatic integrity test of BFS Cards at high speed using the non-destructive high voltage method. The inspection method is based on the application of a high voltage between two electrodes at opposite sizes of strips; the presence of a pinhole in a non-conductive container causes a current spark that is detected by the system.

- Containers are tilted down to a horizontal position and vibrated to wet all the internal surfaces of the container
- The containers are then inspected through HVLD multiple stations
- This system allows a significant reduction of overall equipment dimension and high repeatability of the tests
