These advanced series combine Automatic Visual Inspection: to ensure accurate cosmetic and particle detection, guaranteeing 100% of product quality inspection with the Antares Vision Group Leak Detection Multi-Tech Approach for Effective Integrity Testing.
CCIT (Container Closure Integrity Testing) requires a comprehensive approach to determine that the product has not lost its sterility.
As a Group, we can provide CCIT solutions based on several technologies:
- VDLD – Vacuum Decay;
- PDLD – Pressure Decay;
- HVLD – High Voltage;
- HSGA – Head Space Gas Analysis.
These technologies’ simultaneous availability and combination are the solution for effective CCI testing.
