Fill level inspection – CL 700
The fill level inspection system is designed to detect the right filling level inside the bottle, eliminating containers that do not comply with regulations. The inspection system is designed to perform checks on every type of beverage and packaging across its multiple configurations: high-frequency, x-ray, and IR. Also, the reduced footprint allows us to process a range of bottle formats, from standard to mignon, both with inside fillers and as standalone equipment.
The high-frequency configuration can perform foam compensation, thereby detecting the true filling level. The system simultaneously detects the volume of liquid and foam.
It evaluates the real fill level variation after foam dissolving. This way, it is possible to achieve the highest measurement accuracy.
The inspection system can be embedded directly into the filler monobloc, with the dual advantage of saving space at manufacturing sites and avoiding waste compared to more downstream fill-level inspection systems.
