OUR SOLUTIONS AT INTERPACK 2026
ENSURE TOTAL QUALITY FOR AEROSOLS
Presented for the first time at Cosmopack Bologna 2026, LDA is the in-line micro-leak inspection system for cosmetic aerosols (e.g., deodorants, hair sprays), designed to ensure product safety, compliance and operational efficiency beyond the limits of the traditional hot water bath.
Based on an innovative “sniffing” method using IR spectroscopy, LDA detects micro-leaks through propellant gas traces at parts-per-million (ppm) level, enabling more reliable and objective measurements compared to conventional immersion tests. This reduces recall risks, safeguards brand reputation and improves overall quality assurance.
The system operates at full production speed with a compact footprint, requires no consumables and performs non-destructive testing. Its multi-gas capability supports different formulations, while eliminating water baths lowers energy consumption and operating costs.
Certified as an Alternative Test Method (ATM) to the hot water bath, LDA complies with Directive ADD 75/324/EEC and is part of Antares Vision Group’s broader portfolio of vision inspection and leak detection solutions for total quality control across cosmetic packaging lines.
TRACK THE FUTURE OF YOUR PRODUCTS
In the cosmetics industry, brand equity is everything. Counterfeiting, unauthorized diversion and parallel (“grey”) markets don’t just leak revenue, they erode the perceived value of your brand and destroy consumer trust. By assigning a unique digital identity to each saleable unit, brands can effectively implement anti-diversion strategies, combat counterfeiting and gain full visibility across distribution channels. Traceability becomes a strategic asset: protecting market positioning, safeguarding revenues and strengthening brand trust.
Beyond brand protection, serialized products can support sustainability claims, power consumer engagement initiatives and ensure compliance with emerging global standards — including GS1 Digital Link and Digital Product Passport (DPP) requirements.
Visit our booth for a live demonstration and discover how traceability can be seamlessly integrated into any packaging and labeling line.
EXPORT TO RUSSIA WITH CONFIDENCE
Exporting cosmetic products to the Russian market requires strict compliance with national serialization and traceability regulations.
Through the mandatory “Chestny ZNAK” digital marking system, each product must be uniquely identified, serialized and reported according to specific technical and regulatory requirements. Non-compliance can result in blocked shipments, penalties and delays in market access.
Antares Vision Group supports cosmetic manufacturers and brand owners with end-to-end solutions to ensure full compliance with Russian regulations — from serialization and aggregation to data management and integration with national systems.
Meet our experts at Interpack 2026 to understand how to address regulatory complexity and ensure a smooth export process.
