DISRUPTIVE INSPECTION FOR THE BFS CARDS CHALLENGE

Debuting at Achema, the world’s first automatic inspection machine designed to target the highest quality standards guaranteeing 100% of Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) cards inspection up to 100 pieces per minute.​

The machine on show performs cosmetic inspection, particles detection (reflecting & non-reflecting), fill level check (short wave infra-red) and tab OCR/OCV verification. ​

Optional AI applications enable the optimization of maintenance activities, including predictive and prescriptive maintenance. ​

A.I. INNOVATION FOR BLISTER FILLING CONTROL

The completely redsigned solution for the inspection of the correct filling of pharmaceutical blisters can be easily integrated on any machine and is equipped with artificial intelligence features: such features enhance the BFC capability to inspect any kind of tablets and capsules in all types of blisters, eg. in case of low contrast (white products on white support) but also facilitate and expedite the setup of recipes for new products.​

CHECKWEIGHING AT ITS BEST

Our new checkweigher range is designed for maximized efficiency and perfect integration on pharmaceutical lines, performing accurate weight control at speeds up to 350 ppm and featuring a top-bottom gripping system with stabilization conveyor. ​

The solution is fully compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 and can be equipped with different ejection systems according to product weight and to optional controls available.

VISUAL INSPECTION SYSTEM FOR STICK PACK

The dedicated inline quality control solution for stick packing machines is powered with a multi-camera array: it is installed where the foil unrolls to verify the printed surface, including the correctness of different codes (1D, 2D), also performing OCR/OCV across every single track during the packaging process at high speeds.

MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY FOR LEAK DETECTION

Container closure integrity testing (CCIT) plays an important role in maintaining the sterility and stability of sterile products. CCIT is also essential for preserving critical headspace gas conditions (e.g. Freeze-dried product).
Head-space gas analysis is a rapid, reliable, and non-destructive analytical method suitable for monitoring gas concentration and pressure measures in sealed containers.
This inspection solution for leak detection with HSGA guarantees accurate container closure integrity testing by measuring the total gas concentration of each individual container.
HSGA can be used as CCIT to detect leakages of the primary container or as a PAT (process analytical technology) to control the upstream process (e.g. humidity excess)

SMART CLEARANCE SOLUTION FOR IMPROVED LINE AVAILABILITY

The solution designed for the digitalization of the mandatory procedure of line clearance: through integrated cameras powered by artificial intelligence, the system checks anomalies on each critical area identified on the line, guiding the operator to the appropriate steps (e.g. removal of foreign objects) for a faster and more efficient overall process.
