TCI – Tablets & Capsules Automatic Visual Inspection
Automatic standalone machine designed to inspect oral solid dosage (OSD) forms at a high speed up to 300.000 products/hour.
An eight channels rotary double-drum system handles products by holding them in position by means of a vacuum system which enables the images to be acquired on the entire surface. Detection of even the smallest defect or imperfection is guaranteed by up to 8 colour high-resolution cameras acquiring up to 16 high-resolution images per product.

P&C AIO is a stand-alone automatic unit that performs all serialization functions, including marking, recording and verifying all serialization data, ensuring data consistency and security under all conditions.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC CASE PACKER WITH AGGREGATION (VM3702)
Semi-automatic Case Packer with Aggregation, an efficient machine that simplifies case and pallet aggregation operations and can be seamlessly integrated within Antares Vision Group’s T&T solutions.
The machine has an automatic stacking system for cartons, and a high-resolution camera that reads 2D DataMatrix codes. The operator manually feeds the case into the machine and positions it correctly. Once the reading process is complete, a servo motor-controlled pusher gently places the cartons into the case.
The system verifies all codes and creates a parent-child relationship between the case and all carton codes by printing the case label. In case of any rejected carton code, the machine stops, an alarm is activated, and the operator manually removes the case. The printing and verification of the case label can be done either manually or automatically.
With this machine, you can streamline your aggregation process, save time, and improve your productivity.
