Integrated kit for in-line automatic carton/bundle-to-case aggregation
- Aggregation kit designed for installation on-board of bundling or case packing equipment, when plastic wrapping or space constraints do not allow a camera reading of full rows or full layers of serialized items during bundle or case creation.
- The required Antares Vision Sentinel station installed upstream reads all serial numbers within the infeed queue.
- The Last Code Reader kit then performs a reading of the serial number of the last item of each layer, to confirm the sequence and to create aggregation of the whole case when completed.
- HMI can be installed directly on the machine, as well as on upstream or downstream modules. “
