Package Integrity Control
Software and hardware kit designed to inspect pharmaceutical products such as syringes, ampoules, bottles or vials in trays.
Through its inspections, the PIC system can verify:
- Presence and integrity, in particular:
- Replenishment package;
- Syringes with needle and cap;
- Caps and flip-off closures;
- Glass and plastic products integrity;
- Verifies the shape:
- Verifies product shape;
- Geometry ( area, contour, major/minor axis);
- Verifies the color:
- Product color;
- Rings on bottles/vials/ampoules;
- Unicolored internal parts as, for example, pistons and syringe caps.
