PINHOLE DETECTOR
The pinhole detector is a high-performance backlight inspection system for detecting microholes in aluminium foil after forming but before product filling, or in rolled foil during the forming process.
The system uses specialised LED lighting and highly sensitive sensors to identify perforations, providing visual alerts and output signals when defects are detected.
The pinhole detector is available in three sizes (for sheet widths of 165 mm, 240 mm and 320 mm) and two versions – Core and Premium – to meet different needs, offering cost-effective, feature-rich options without compromising quality and reliability.
Equipped with a large OLED display, the detector ensures easy set-up, clear error notifications and detailed statistics to support efficient production monitoring.
