Standalone module for in-line or off-line printing and verification and tamper-evident sealing
The PRINT&CHECK EVO TE is a standalone automatic unit that performs all serialization functions, including marking, recording and verifying all serialization data, ensuring data consistency and security under all conditions. In addition to printing and verifying, this unit integrates the tamper evident application groups. Cartons enter the machine through an input belt and are transported in front of the print heads on both sides, which print a predefined layout on them. the printing is immediately monitored by control cameras installed next to the printheads. Products that successfully pass all checks are conveyed to the machine exit, while rejected products are collected in special containers.
