Integrated kit for in-line automatic carton/bundle-to-case aggregation
Aggregation kit designed for installation on-board of case packing equipment, when limits on available space do NOT allow the reading of full layers of serialized items during case creation.
- The Row By Row kit performs a reading of all serial numbers in each full row of cartons during the stacking phase within the automatic case composition.
- The system generates case aggregation when each container is completed.
- One or more integrated camera and illuminator kits can be required, according to standard row length.
- No upstream Sentinel station is required.
- HMI can be mounted directly on case-packer or on a downstream print & apply module.
