The Antares Vision Group TC Convel Tech machine is a very compact solution for the reliable detection of micro-cracks or pinholes affecting the sterility of glass containers. The Convel Tech High Voltage Patented system allows a very compact machine, easy to clean and maintain, with simple format change free from adjustments.

The Convel technology Patented transportation system maximises performance during High Voltage Leak Detection.
- Containers are tilted down to a horizontal position and vibrated to wet all the internal surfaces of the container
- The containers are then inspected through HVLD multiple stations
- This system allows a significant reduction of overall equipment dimension and high repeatability of the tests
