The Antares Vision TH Convel Tech Machines is designed to meet the highest market standards integrating Head Space gas Analysis technology and High Voltage Leak Detection (Optional), allowing integrity testing of ampoules, vials and cartridges with liquids or lyophilized products.
The simultaneous availability of both HSGA and HVLD is suitable for those products requiring an extremely accurate inspection.

HEAD-SPACE GAS ANALYSIS
- In-process technology for 100% non-destructive leak and process testing,
- Head-space: the measurements focus on the space available between the container’s closure and the product
- Gas: the device is set to measure gas concentration.
- HSGA typically measures O2, though also CO2 and H2O vapour can be measured.
