LOGISTICS AND PREFERENCES

Antares Vision will provide a shuttle bus service from the main hotel Novotel 2 Brescia to the meeting venues. Further details will be provided via email.

If you haven’t booked accommodation and require assistance, we will do our best to accommodate you according to local availability. Please write to av-hq-travel@antaresvision.com.
In case you need support for airport transfer you can also write to av-hq-travel@antaresvision.com, providing your flight schedule details and we will get in touch for confirmation.

Antares Vision Group will sustain costs for all meeting activities, workshop and social program across, also providing shuttle bus for the main locations, on September 24 and 25, plus for the visit to the Parma plant when required on September 26, 2024. No shuttles will be available on September 26.

Participants will sustain costs for travelling to and from the event, for accommodation, transfer to/from airports and other private activities.
