Antares Vision Group will sustain costs for all meeting activities, workshop and social program on October 14 and15. Details for the organization of activities on 16 October will be defined at a later stage

Participants will sustain costs for travelling to and from the event, for accommodation, transfer to/from airports and other private activities.
