Accessibility statement
ANTARES VISION S.p.A. is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004.
This accessibility statement applies to https://antaresvisiongroup.com/
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Annex A of the UNI EN 301549 standard due to the cases of non-compliance and/or derogations listed below.
Content not accessible
The content listed below is not accessible due to non-compliance with Law 4/2004.
In creating this accessibility statement, we considered WCAG 2.1 standards and the user experience of a panel of people with various disabilities who tested the site. They used assistive technologies such as major screen readers (Jaws, NVDA, or VoiceOver), whose purpose is to interpret the page content and present it as spoken output.
Test results show that some users may encounter difficulties using certain pages or features of this site, as they are only partially accessible. Below are the non-conformities and the success criteria violated:
1.1.1 Non-text content: Images with alternative text that is meaningless or redundant with the displayed text should be marked as decorative.
1.3.1 Information and correlations: There are problems with the page structure in navigation regions and semantic relationships between elements, such as in lists and carousel controls.
1.4.1 Use of color: The news page uses color as the sole means of communicating the company section the news item is about.
1.4.3 Contrast (minimum): The page contains text with poor contrast against the background, and text on images without an adequate background to ensure complete legibility.
1.4.11 Contrast in non-text content: Some controls, such as the paginator, buttons, and social media links, do not have sufficient contrast against the background.
2.1.1 Keyboard: Menu items containing a second level are not accessible from the keyboard, nor is the button to expand the menu in responsive mode. The language selector has keyboard accessibility issues. Image thumbnails in the product page are not selectable. There are buttons that are not accessible from the keyboard.
2.2.2 Pause, stop, hide: The home page contains auto-scrolling elements without the option to pause them.
2.4.3 Focus order: Keyboard focus is not moved to modal windows in the case of lightboxes and the contact form in the product page.
2.4.6 Headings and labels: Some elements have no meaningful name, or have a name that is clear only within the visual context in which they are placed.
2.4.7 Visible focus: Keyboard focus is not visible on some form fields, such as checkboxes and text fields.
2.5.1 Pointer movements: in responsive mode, product sheet images can only be scrolled using gestures.
3.1.2 Language Content: English headings are present within the Italian page.
3.2.2 On Input: When updating filters within the catalog page or changing languages, the search results or page may automatically reload.
3.3.1 Error Identification: Form fill-in errors are not sufficiently contrasted, and the corresponding messages are hidden from assistive technologies.
3.3.2 Labels or Instructions: The language selector and some checkboxes do not have meaningful names.
3.3.3 Error Suggestions: Form fill-in error messages are hidden from assistive technologies.
4.1.2 Name, role, value: There are unnamed elements, empty links, elements with incorrect semantics, unnamed form fields, and buttons not marked as such. The product page features a tab pattern that is only displayed visually.
4.1.3 Status messages: On the home page, there is no mechanism to automatically read the new slide when manually changing the displayed slide.
