ANTARES VISION GROUP OBTAINS UNI/PDR 125:2022 CERTIFICATION FOR GENDER EQUALITY
The goal is now to extend this recognition internationally across all Group locations
Antares Vision Group, an Italian multinational leader in traceability and quality inspection that ensures product safety and supply chain transparency through integrated data management, proudly announces that it has obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification for Gender Equality, the main national standard on inclusion and equal opportunities.
The certification, issued by TÜV Italia following an in-depth audit, confirms the Group’s concrete commitment to promoting an inclusive, fair, and respectful corporate culture. The evaluation covered both quantitative and qualitative indicators across six key areas—culture and strategy, governance, HR processes, growth and inclusion opportunities for women, pay equity, and work-life balance—assigning Antares Vision Group an overall score of 70%, confirming the strength of its policies and processes in a sector—information technology—that has historically been male-dominated.
“This achievement reaffirms our commitment to building a workplace that is increasingly fair and capable of valuing talent without gender distinction. It marks an important step toward an inclusive organizational model that we intend to strengthen and extend to all Group entities,” said Fabio Forestelli, CEO of Antares Vision Group.
“As a woman, I know how important it is for companies to truly commit to gender equality—it means creating an environment where everyone feels valued and has the same opportunities for growth. By obtaining the PDR 125 certification, we at Antares Vision Group demonstrate that this commitment is real and deeply embedded in our culture,” added Silvia Baresi, Quality Manager and member of the Gender Equality Steering Committee at Antares Vision Group.
In recent years, Antares Vision Group has launched numerous initiatives to strengthen organizational well-being and promote a DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) culture. Active listening tools, such as the internal Smart Beat survey, have played a key role in assessing the corporate climate and identifying areas for improvement, followed by targeted actions to enhance employee engagement and participation. At the same time, the Group has developed continuous training programs, initiatives to support parenthood, and policies that safeguard equal opportunities throughout the professional journey—from hiring to career development.
The certification brings benefits not only in terms of reputation and social responsibility, but also in competitiveness and attractiveness, strengthening relationships with partners, institutions, and stakeholders. For Antares Vision Group, diversity is a strategic driver to foster innovation, improve responsiveness to market changes, and create a positive impact on the broader ecosystem in which the company operates.
For these reasons, achieving the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification is not seen as an endpoint but rather as the beginning of a new phase: the Group’s goal is to extend this certification internationally, promoting the same inclusive approach across all its global locations.
