The Diamind Factory Manager Module provides real-time production monitoring and visualization for shop floor operations, offering substantial improvements over paper-based processes.
The Diamind Factory Manager Module allows the complete management of any assets, manpower, machine, line, and plant where installed and it offers full control of the production-run by guiding the recipe process: creation, visualization, and modification.
It manages the Process and Workorder flows, bill of Materials. Traceability
The Diamind Traceability module allows the pharmaceutical plant to comply with the different global regulations, from unique item serialization to multi-level aggregation, but also simple batch traceability. This module drives the information from an ERP (or MES) to the different production lines, it receives the data back from the lien and communicate reports and audit trails to the level 4.

Diamind Factory Maintenance Module supports the Total Productive Maintenance Approach, allowing the complete management of maintenance activities by recording, storing and digitalizing all the maintenance reports templates to facilitate break-down&machine failure analysis and root-cause identification.
It integrates a powerful Artificial Intelligence tool which collects Data on each asset monitored detecting possible deviations from normal behaviour to help the maintenance teams in highlighting potential problems which could happen before they do (predictive maintenance), giving prescriptions on how to solve issues before they arise (prescriptive maintenance) and supporting recurring planning maintenance operation (preventive maintenance).
