A dedicated inspection solution for the brewing industry to detect leaks from the cap by in-line measurement of the total pressure of each individual beer bottle.

The laser spectroscopy technique reliably and accurately measures the internal pressure level in the bottle, identifying whether it is lower than the standard and optimizing production conditions and product quality.

The advantages of this inspection, compared with acoustic technologies, consist of making a direct and more accurate measurement, thus avoiding false rejects. This inspection solution applies to any bottle and cap, and it is easily integrated into the line.

Inspection solution for inline leak detection by measurement the total pressure in the headspace of each single closed bottle. The inspection based on laser spectroscopy, is direct, more precise than acoustic technologies and has no variations due to the type of cap. The inspection is located immediately after the pasteurization phase to intercept any losses due to the incorrect closure of the cap or to defects in the thread neck inspection, such as small breaks. The solution also monitors the pressure level inside each bottle, optimizing the product’s quality. The PCS beer reduces false waste – thanks to the precision of technology- and guarantees the product quality and brand reputation.

The label inspection system for not-oriented containers ensures the label’s quality regarding the correct positioning, compliance with the format being produced and integrity of each type of label, including opaque and partially transparent, partial or wraparound labels in any rounded shape container. The label inspection system guarantees the perfect image of every single product, and it monitors the performances of the labeller, alerting in case of anomalies before generating rejections. The IT700-IoT is a cap inspection system designed to ensure the quality and conformity of capping. The inspector can detect every defect of the caps. The fill level configuration allows to detect the right level inside the bottle, eliminating containers that do not comply with regulations.

RETURNABLE ASSETS MANAGEMENT AND PACKING RECYCLING

A solution for Returnable Asset Management, which enables tracking of returnable packaging throughout the supply chain. The container is assigned a unique digital identity. This makes it possible not only to know where the container is, but to avoid production stops due to lack of containers to fill, track the product, ensure its quality by linking every variable data, and predict the maintenance needs of the returnable container. The solution can also be applied to packaging recycling so as to ensure proper recycling of the container according to the raw material it is made of in line with PPWD (Directive 94/62/EC -The Packaging and Packaging Waste Directive).
