Cap Inspection + Fill Level Inspection
Thanks to the modular structure, the system integrates two inspection modules in a single solution: IT700 and CL700.
IT700-IoT is a cap inspection system designed to guarantee their correct application on the container, quality and compliance. Thanks to specific software tools it is able to detect every type of defect for every type of cap: flat, tethered, sport-cap, cork and roop.
The second module, CL700-IoT, detects the filling level inside the bottle, eliminating containers that do not comply with regulations. The inspection system is able to perform level control on every type of liquid and packaging using the most effective technology for that specific application: X-ray, Infrared and High frequency (with foam compensation).
The system therefore allows you to control a long series of parameters on a wide range of product types, via a single control panel and in a particularly small footprint.
