D-CORE FILL&CAP

The D-CORE series represents the new generation of quality control systems that goes straight to the core of inspection, focusing on what truly matters: essential performance, modern technology, and compact design.

Born from lean engineering and the use of high-tech components, the D-CORE series offers the perfect balance to meet the most common inspection needs with clarity and efficiency, standing out for its detection reliability and intuitive operation, all within an extremely small footprint.

The D-CORE series is equipped with DIAMIND LINE software, fully integrated into the Antares Vision Group DIAMIND ecosystem: a cutting-edge solution for processing quality data and making it an integral part of the product’s digital identity.

D-Core models integrate a 10″ capacitive touchscreen HMI, multi-language and supporting gesture commands, providing clear views of system data, including graphs, real-time acquisitions, trends, and histograms, with multi-user management and personalized access levels. Furthermore, they offer remote access and assistance, an Ethernet port for fast data exchange, and compatibility with major industrial communication protocols.

Thanks to its modular structure, the system integrates two control stations into a single, extremely compact solution: fill level inspection and cap inspection.

The first module verifies the bottle’s fill level, rejecting non-compliant containers. The system performs checks on every type of beverage and container using the most suitable technology: X-ray or High Frequency (the latter with optional foam compensation).

The second module is dedicated to cap verification, designed to ensure correct application, quality, and compliance. Dedicated software tools identify common defects on various closure systems: flat, sport-cap, cork, and ROPP. Verification can be performed via sensors (D-Core Check configuration) for basic control, or via vision systems (D-Core Inspect) for more advanced inspection.

The system ensures compliance with essential parameters across a wide range of product types through a single control panel and in a very limited space.
