Fill Level Inspection
The fill level inspection system is designed to detect the right filling level inside the bottle, eliminating containers that do not comply with regulations. The inspection system is designed to carry out checks on every type of beverage and packaging through its multiple configurations: high-frequency, x-ray, Ir. Also, the reduced footprint makes it possible for us to process different bottle formats, from standard to mignon, both inside fillers and as standalone equipment.
The high-frequency configuration can perform the foam compensation, thus detecting the real filling level. The system detects the volume of liquid and the volume of foam simultaneously.
It evaluates real fill level variation after foam dissolving. This way, it is possible to obtain the highest accuracy in the measurement.
The inspection system can be embedded directly into the filler monobloc, with the two-fold advantage of saving space in the manufacturing sites and avoiding waste compared to more downstream fill-level inspection systems.
