Full Case Inspection

The system verifies the completeness of the secondary packaging, detecting the weight of the case to check that all the products are present inside. This check prevents the shipment of incomplete boxes, reducing complaints for non-compliance that affect time, costs and reputation.

The system is characterised by extreme robustness and a hygienic design which make it ideal for use on heavy and voluminous products, even in complex industrial contexts.

It can be configured with the most suitable transport systems for the characteristics of the product to be inspected (belt, rollers and modular chains conveyors). It is also possible to implement multi-level infeed spacing belts and reject systems capable of managing products with significant weight and dimensions, for example push or rake ejectors and idle roller conveyors for collecting rejected elements.

The system is highly customizable with a series of advanced options designed to complete the inspection scope.
Special humidity sensors can be integrated to detect cases damaged by liquid spills, such as broken bottles.

The detection of open flaps avoids the shipment of cases that are not completely closed and the related logistical problems that would result.
In addition, special configurations are available equipped with cameras for the inspection and reading of codes and labels applied to the cases in any position, ensuring rapid and precise identification.
