Gas Analyzer – EVO CO2
The EVO CO2 is a laboratory instrument that checks the partial and total CO2 pressure in the bottle’s headspace and determines the dissolved CO2. The measurement is based on laser spectroscopy, a non-destructive e non-invasive method that allows for an inspection of the bottle without destroying it or losing the product. Laser spectroscopy uses a particular physical property of specific molecules in the gaseous state, i.e., the ability only to absorb light at specific wavelengths. This enables the measurement of the total/partial pressure inside closed containers quickly and accurately. The laser beam passes through the bottle in the product-free headspace, making it possible to determine the internal partial and total CO2 pressure. The measurement is simple and repeatable, allowing an unlimited number of CO2 measurements to be conducted on the same package.
