Leak Detection in Kegs – LDK 700
LDK 700-IoT is an inline leak detection system to check the presence of leaks and micro leaks in kegs on 100% of production. The inspection is based on laser spectroscopy technology which detects the CO2 escape from holes or micro holes. The system performs the inspection, regardless of the type of packaging (PET, steel, etc.), with better accuracy and precision than traditional vision and vacuum methods, without contact with the container and optimizing the production line tools.
It is possible to integrate a head for visual inspection of the correspondence and integrity of the valve, which, together with the detection of micro-leaks, guarantees total conformity of the product.
