The complete architecture is structured into five levels
Level 1 (single device) and Level 2 (entire line): DIAMIND LINE – Track and Trace
This software manages:
- Aggregation: creating “parent-child” relationships between individual units, secondary packaging, and pallets.
- Serialization: application of unique serial codes.
- Inspection: reading and verifying codes through vision systems.
Level 3: DIAMIND FACTORY (site data management) and DIAMIND WAREHOUSE (warehouse data management)
DIAMIND FACTORY acts as the beating heart of the plant: it receives all data collected from the different lines and functions as a central hub that gathers production information before it is transmitted to higher levels or managed logistically.
DIAMIND WAREHOUSE maintains data continuity after the product has left the line. It communicates directly with Diamind Factory for:
- De-aggregation and Re-aggregation: allows for the virtual dismantling and recreating of a logistic unit, ensuring the database is always up to date.
- Shipments: management of outgoing serial numbers.
- Rework: management of exceptions (e.g., a damaged pallet requiring opening and component replacement).
Level 4: DIAMIND ENTERPRISE (for regulatory compliance) and DIAMIND CONNECT (for supply chain
Both operate at the Corporate level, exchanging consolidated data with Diamind Factory, interfacing with the Corporate ERP, and communicating externally.
DIAMIND ENTERPRISE handles communication with ministerial/regulatory platforms (Level 5) to ensure regulatory compliance.
DIAMIND CONNECT enables extended collaboration with all supply chain stakeholders: raw material suppliers, logistics partners, distributors, and end consumers, closing the loop with the packaging recycling phase. Transparency thus becomes a shared asset, transforming technical data into strategic value throughout the product lifecycle.)

COMBAT GREY MARKETS AND PRODUCT DIVERSION
One of the main challenges for high-value beverage producers, such as wine and spirits, is the damage to reputation and loss of control when products end up in unauthorized channels, compromising product quality and consumer protection, leading to a loss of trust and jeopardizing sales.
Antares Vision Group’s solution involves a traceability system that uses serialized codes (Datamatrix, QR code, NFC, RFID) on labels and caps, coupled with a software architecture capable of monitoring the supply chain and sales channels to counteract grey markets.
The serial numbers are linked to a specific production batch, intended for authorized retailers. Control is carried out through manual scanning of the code by selected operators, who check whether the product was delivered to the correct retailer or ended up in an unauthorized market. This verification quickly identifies any deviations from the official distribution network.

ENSURE YOUR COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS
The pharmaceutical sector is not the only one that requires compliance with serialization regulations. For example, the beer and water sectors in Russia are regulated by the “Chestny ZNAK” system, which mandates serialization and aggregation of products, real-time data management, and interaction with the government portal.
Antares Vision Group cloud platform registers products in the Russian government system TT GIS (Track & Trace Government Information System) and requests unique identification codes for each individual sales unit, which are ordered per SKU (Stock Keeping Unit).
The government platform sends back the serialized codes combined with its own cryptographic code for data protection.
The Antares Vision Group software solution receives these encrypted codes and transmits them to our in-line serialization units, which apply them to each sales unit using the most appropriate solutions and subsequently aggregate them from individual units up to the pallet.

DDRS (Digital Deposit Return Scheme): DDRS uses serialization to track and manage recycling. Each container has a unique code (Datamatrix or QR Code) scanned at the time of disposal and linked to the deposit paid. This ensures refunds only for products purchased within the system.
