SERIALIZATION
![Drinktec 2025 [3] - Antares Vision Group](http://antaresvisiongroup.b-cdn.net/beverage/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2025/06/2.png)
Serialization is the first step in traceability, assigning a unique code to each sellable unit, whether a bottle or case.
Available systems include:
• “Print & Check” for in-line printing and verification
• Correlation between codes on the bottle body and cap
• Solutions for non-oriented products
• Data saving and tracking in a dedicated database
AGGREGATION
![Drinktec 2025 [4] - Antares Vision Group](http://antaresvisiongroup.b-cdn.net/beverage/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2025/06/1.png)
Aggregation creates a hierarchical relationship between logistic units (e.g. bottle > bundle > case > pallet), enabling full traceability by scanning just the top-level code. Serial codes are applied using laser or inkjet technology, including invisible UV ink, to reduce visual impact.
DATA MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
![Drinktec 2025 [5] - Antares Vision Group](http://antaresvisiongroup.b-cdn.net/beverage/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2025/06/3.png)
Specifically developed for the beverage sector, the software is scalable and modular, designed to adapt to all production, logistics, and commercial needs. Its architecture is structured across five levels, from line devices for serialization and aggregation to integration with corporate ERP systems and government platforms. The platform enables companies to fight parallel and grey markets through distribution channel control, engage consumers via dynamic QR codes, ensure compliance with diverse regulatory requirements, and support circular economy models such as the Digital Deposit Return Scheme (DDRS), traceability of refillable PET bottles, and management of recyclable logistic assets.

ROBO-QCS
![Drinktec 2025 [6] - Antares Vision Group](http://antaresvisiongroup.b-cdn.net/beverage/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2025/06/6.png)
An in-line robotic quality control system that automatically moves products to a dedicated testing station. It performs non-destructive tests on weight, volume, closure torque, and headspace gas, then reinserts the product back onto the line without interrupting production.
PRESSURE CONTROL SYSTEM (PCS)
![Drinktec 2025 [7] - Antares Vision Group](http://antaresvisiongroup.b-cdn.net/beverage/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2025/06/4.png)
Detects leaks through direct measurement of internal pressure and/or oxygen and CO₂ concentration using laser spectroscopy. This technology is applicable to beer, water, soft drinks, and refillable PET bottles, enabling the detection of leaks and micro-leaks. It is also suitable for wine to monitor oxygen presence and, in the case of the classic method, to verify the correct progress of fermentation.
IE 4000 PLUS
![Drinktec 2025 [8] - Antares Vision Group](http://antaresvisiongroup.b-cdn.net/beverage/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2025/06/5.png)
An advanced label inspection and code reading system using four cameras and AI to reconstruct a 3D model of the bottle. It virtually “unwraps” the labels, correcting distortions and identifying even the smallest defects.
