VRI LV for BFS Cards
The Antares Vision Group VRI LV Machine for BFS Cards allows for a 100% non-destructive container closure integrity testing of all single units as per regulation requirements for containers closed by fusion filled with preparations for injection.
The container closure integrity test occurs at the central leak-test carousel, which is the core of the machine.
The carousel has several single chambers; each container is loaded into a dedicated sealed chamber for testing.

- Based on vacuum drop measurements
- Easy cleaning, as the vacuum chambers are top mounted
- The configuration of the lifting platform reduces the load on the pipes

- In the case of different types of containers, chambers can be easily and quickly replaced.
- A vacuum pump is directly connected to the central vacuum buffer inside the carousel and each chamber works independently.
