  • Empty Bottle Inspection (EBI): Deep learning–based system for inspecting empty bottles before filling. Enhances detection of subtle defects, reduces false rejects, and simplifies operator use;
  • Cap Inspection + Fill Level Inspection: Modular solution combining two systems:
  • IT700-IoT, for quality control and correct cap application;
  • CL700-IoT, for fill level inspection using X-ray, infrared, or high-frequency technology, ensuring compliance and versatility across all liquids and packaging;
  • In-Line Bottle Leak Detection: The PCS700-IoT applies laser spectroscopy to detect leaks and micro-leaks in line, measuring total or partial pressure in closed containers quickly and accurately, regardless of the filling or storage gas;
  • Label Inspection: Vision system with four cameras and AI reconstructs a 3D bottle model for 360° label inspection. Verifies presence, position, integrity, OCR codes, and embossing, delivering maximum precision even in complex areas;
  • Code Reading: The IC700-IoT ensures complete inspection and compliance of 2D codes (Barcode, Datamatrix, QR, etc.) and alphanumeric codes (lot, expiration date) printed on the container body, cap, or label.

These solutions include scalable and customizable hardware and software systems that allow companies to:
