ANTARES VISION GROUP: THE NEW SOLUTION FOR MICRO-LEAKAGE INSPECTION IN AEROSOL PRODUCTS AT COSMOPACK 2026
During the Bologna event (March 26-28), the Group presents its solutions for traceability, quality control, and the secure export of cosmetic products
Antares Vision Group, an Italian multinational leader in traceability and quality control that ensures product safety and supply chain transparency through integrated data management, will present its new solution for the in-line inspection of micro-leaks in aerosols at Cosmopack 2026 (Bologna Fiere, March 26-28). Aerosols are products packaged in pressurized containers that allow the contents to be dispensed as a spray, foam, or fine mist in a controlled and uniform manner.
At its stand (Hall 19, Stand C12-D11), the Group will showcase innovative technologies dedicated to the cosmetics industry and the secure management of the international supply chain. Among these is LDA – In-Line Micro Leakage Inspection for Aerosols: thanks to advanced spectroscopic sensors, LDA detects gas leaks at a microscopic level without interrupting production, ensuring 100% line control and waste reduction while maintaining maximum product safety. This technology, which guarantees regulatory compliance and protects quality through to the final consumer, is a candidate for the 2026 Cosmopack Awards in the “Innovation Technology” category, dedicated to the sector’s most innovative solutions.
Furthermore, at the Antares Vision Group booth, visitors can attend a demo of DIAMIND Connect, the modular and scalable software platform for data management throughout the supply chain. This platform assigns a Unique Digital Identity to every product, guaranteeing end-to-end traceability, transparency, and customer engagement, while contributing to sustainability and the fight against counterfeiting. DIAMIND Connect also enables more effective monitoring of parallel markets and unauthorized imports, offering brands the tools to track flows and protect brand integrity. The solution is already compliant with Digital Product Passport requirements and integrates seamlessly with existing IT infrastructures.
“The cosmetics industry today requires increasingly high standards in terms of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance,” stated Carlo Ravelli, Business Owner Cosmetics at Antares Vision Group. “With our new solution for aerosol micro-leakage inspection and the DIAMIND ecosystem, we support brands in guaranteeing safe and traceable products throughout the entire supply chain, assisting them in accessing international markets while combating counterfeiting and parallel market phenomena.”
Finally, the Antares Vision Group sales team will illustrate product tracking solutions to support exports to Russia. For companies in the cosmetics sector, it is essential to comply with digital marking requirements to maintain access to the Russian market and protect brand integrity. Antares Vision Group supports companies in the process of adapting to the digital marking requirements mandated by Chestny ZNAK (the Russian system dedicated to digital traceability and anti-counterfeiting), intervening in processes, production lines, and data management to ensure the safe circulation of products.
