Blown Bottle Inspection – QP 700

The blown bottle inspection system is designed to ensure the blown bottles’ quality and reduce jams. Through advanced camera systems, the inspection system can detect every defect in the blown bottle, such as contamination on the surface, scratches, bubbles, black spots, foreign bodies, deformations and pin holes. 

The inspection modules can be integrated into the blow moulding machine. 

Stand-alone configuration is available.
