INFORMATIVA PRIVACY AI SENSI DEL REGOLAMENTO UE 679/2016 (“GDPR”)

1. La società Antares Vision S.p.A., con sede in Travagliato (BS), via del Ferro 16, 25039, codice fiscale e partita IVA n. 02890871201 (di seguito, “Antares Vision”), in qualità di “Titolare” del trattamento, utilizza i dati personali (di seguito, i “Dati”) dei soggetti interessati al trattamento (di seguito, gli “Interessati”), ed in particolare dei soggetti che si recano presso gli stabilimenti di Antares Vision in veste di visitatori od ospiti, sia clienti che fornitori. I Dati vengono conferiti direttamente dall’Interessato, per le sole finalità di regolamentazione, verifica e controllo degli accessi agli stabilimenti di Antares Vision.

 2. I Dati (in particolare nome, cognome, eventuale società di appartenenza, indirizzo e-mail e, in alcuni casi, anche ruolo ricoperto nell’organizzazione, numero di telefono, orario di entrata e orario di uscita) vengono raccolti in una delle modalità di seguito elencate:

(i) compilando manualmente il form di «check- in» presso la reception di Antares Vision;

(ii) mediante lettura automatica del QR-code ricevuto all’indirizzo e-mail dell’Interessato e inviato dal dipendente di Antares Vision che riceverà la visita;

(iii) fornendo i propri Dati a incaricati di Antares Vision che registreranno l’Interessato sulla piattaforma web di backoffice della società;

(iv) mediante lettura del QR-code disponibile presso Antares Vision attraverso l’app scaricata dall’Interessato sul proprio dispositivo mobile.

Antares Vision informa che, per la finalità di cui sopra, i Dati dell’Interessato saranno trattati unicamente con strumenti cartacei ed elettronici, nel rispetto delle regole di riservatezza e di sicurezza stabilite dalla legge.

3. Per questioni di sicurezza, il conferimento dei Dati è obbligatorio ai fini dell’accesso presso gli stabilimenti di Antares Vision. Il mancato conferimento dei Dati comporterà l’impossibilità di accedere ai predetti stabilimenti. La base giuridica del trattamento, a seconda dei casi, è l’esecuzione di un contratto o il consenso dell’Interessato.

4. Nell’ambito dell’organizzazione di Antares Vision, i Dati potranno essere trattati da dipendenti della società nominati incaricati del trattamento. I Dati raccolti potranno inoltre essere comunicati a Sygest S.r.l., con sede legale in Lemignano di Collecchio (PR), Via L. Lama, n. 10, 43044 – codice fiscale e partita IVA n. 01965100348, che fornisce ad Antares Vision servizi di gestione degli accessi e agirà in veste di responsabile del trattamento nominato da Antares Vision. I Dati raccolti non verranno ulteriormente comunicati a terzi o diffusi. I Dati non saranno trasferiti al di fuori dell’Unione Europea

5. I Dati saranno conservati in server collocati all’interno dell’Unione Europea e per un periodo non eccedente i 30 giorni dalla relativa data di raccolta.

6. Ai sensi degli artt. 15 – 22 del GDPR, l’Interessato ha il diritto di: a) ottenere informazioni in relazione all’esistenza dei Dati nella banca dati di Antares Vision ed alle finalità per cui i Dati dell’Interessato sono trattati, al periodo di conservazione e ai soggetti cui i Dati sono comunicati, b) ottenere la comunicazione dei Dati in un formato di uso comune, leggibile da dispositivo automatico e interoperabile; c) opporsi a taluni o tutti i trattamenti e, in determinati casi, esercitare gratuitamente tale diritto di opposizione; d) ottenere l’aggiornamento, rettifica, integrazione, limitazione, cancellazione, blocco o trasformazione in forma anonima dei Dati.

Le ricordiamo infine che Lei ha diritto di rivolgersi al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Piazza Venezia, 11 – 00187 Roma RM) per far valere i diritti dell’Interessato in relazione al trattamento dei Dati.

 7. Il Titolare del trattamento, ai sensi dell’art. 24 del GDPR, é la società Antares Vision S.p.A., con sede in Travagliato (BS), via del Ferro 16, 25039, codice fiscale e partita IVA n. 02890871201. Il Titolare del trattamento può essere contattato per richieste o segnalazioni all’indirizzo email privacy@antaresvision.com. Scrivendo al medesimo indirizzo email, l’Interessato potrà esercitare i diritti indicati al paragrafo 6 che precede.

RIVACY NOTICE PURSUANT TO SEC. 13 OF EU REGULATION NO. 679/2016 (“GDPR”)

1. Antares Vision S.p.A., with registered office in Travagliato (BS), Via del Ferro 16, 25039, fiscal code and VAT number 02890871201 (hereinafter, “Antares Vision”), in its quality of “Data controller”, processes the personal data (hereinafter, the “Data”) of the subjects involved in the processing (hereinafter, the “Data subjects”) and in particular of its visitors and guests, customers or suppliers, that access the offices of Antares Vision. The Data are provided directly by the Data subject and for the sole purpose of regulating, monitoring and controlling the accesses to the offices of Antares Vision.

2. The Data (particularly, name, surname, company, e-mail address and, in some cases, role held in the organization, telephone number, time of entry and exit) are collected in one of the following ways:

(i) by filling manually out the «check- in» form;

(ii) by reading the QR-code received at the email address of the Data Subject and sent by the employee of Antares Vision, who receives the visit;

(iii) by providing the Data to the person(s) in change of the processing appointed by Antares Vision, who will register the Data subject on the backoffice web platform of the company;

(iv) by reading the QR-code  available at Antares Vision through the app downloaded by the Data Subject on his/her mobile device.

Antares Vision informs you that, for the abovementioned purpose, the Data shall be processed solely by paper and telematics means, in compliance with the confidentiality and safety rules provided by applicable law.

3. For safety reason, the provision of the Data is compulsory in order to be able to access the offices of Antares Vision. The refuse to provide the Data shall lead to the impossibility to access the aforementioned offices. The legal basis for data processing is the execution of a contract or the Data subject’s consent.

4. Within the organization of the Data controller, the Data may be processed by employees of Antares Vision, appointed by Antares Vision as persons in charge of the processing. The Data collected may be communicated to Sygest S.r.l., with registered office in Lemignano di Collecchio (PR), Via L. Lama, n. 10, 43044 – fiscal code and VAT number 01965100348, that provides access management services to Antares Vision and shall operate as data processor appointed by Antares Vision. The Data collected shall not be further communicated to third parties or disclosed. The Data shall not be transferred outside the European Union.

5. The Data shall be stored on servers located within the European Union and for a period not exceeding 30 days from the collection date.

6. Pursuant to the articles 15 – 22 GDPR, the Data subject has the right to: a) obtain information in relation to the existence of the Data in the Antares Vision database and to the purposes for which the Data are processed, to the period of processing and to the subjects to whom the Data are communicated; b) receive in a commonly used and machine-readable format, all Data concerning him/her; c) object to some or all of the processing and, in certain case, exercise this right to object free of charge; d) obtain the rectification or integration of incorrect Data, erasure, blocking and anonymisation of Data.

Please also note that the Data subject has the right to contact the Data Protection Authority (Piazza Venezia n. 11, 00187 Roma, RM) in order to enforce his/her rights with regard to the data processing.

7. The Data controller pursuant to art. 24 of the GDPR, is Antares Vision S.p.A., with registered office in Travagliato (BS), via del Ferro 16, 25039, fiscal code and VAT number 02890871201. The Data controller can be contacted for any request or reports at the following email address privacy@antaresvision.com. By sending a request to the same email address the Data subject can exercise the rights indicated under paragraph 6 of this Privacy Notice.
