Dual lane Checkweigher
An advanced solution, which allows you to check the weight of products in transit on a double lane without the need to install two systems.
The weighing module is configured on two parallel control units, each with a dedicated operator interface, to obtain simultaneous but independent management of the lines. It is possible to adapt the double lane to different wheelbases of the customer’s lines and implement customizable rejection modules, for example tilting belts or a double ejection cylinder in opposite positions.
Performances comparable to those of two machines installed on two separate lines are therefore obtained, but with clear advantages in terms of costs, size and maintenance. All without any qualitative compromise: the special double lane systems maintain the very high technological level of the standard Antares Vision Group checkweighers
