The Supervisory Body was appointed on 29 March 2021 and will remain in office until the date of the meeting for the approval of the financial statements at 31 December 2023

He graduated in Law in 1998 with a thesis in Criminal Law. Since 2002, she has been practicing as a lawyer. From the outset, thanks to consistent professional practice at a prominent law firm in Brescia, she developed a passion for corporate criminal law, particularly in areas related to workplace safety, environmental protection, and compliance with Legislative Decree 231.

Since 2005, he has established a close collaboration with the Brescia Industrial Association – Higher Education Institute of Brescia (ISFOR 2000), where she has been teaching courses for associated companies, focusing on topics related to workplace health and safety, environmental protection, and corporate administrative liability.

Today, he exclusively provides preventive extrajudicial consulting and manages criminal litigation in courts of both merit and legitimacy, specifically concerning issues of liability for individuals and entities under Legislative Decree 231/01. Since 2010, she has served as the chairperson of the Supervisory Body for several significant manufacturing entities, leveraging her extensive professional experience in both judicial and extrajudicial settings.

Graduated in Economic-Banking Science in 1994, she is a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor. She has worked in the field of business organization and management control since 1995. In 1998, she founded a consulting firm specializing in compliance services with focus on risk assessment, management systems, Models ex Legislative Decree 231/2001, Privacy, Anti bribery, audit activities and participation in supervisory bodies. Since 2013 he has held positions as Chairman of the Supervisory Board in several companies private and publicly held companies thanks to his experience in consulting on issues of compliance and corporate organization.

Over a decade of experience in implementing compliance and corporate governance systems in medium and large companies within the ICT and pharmaceutical sectors. Areas of expertise include Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP 5), automated systems validation strategy, drafting of 231 Models, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, definition of operational processes and their workflows, regulatory requirements, and management of on-site audits conducted by clients for supplier qualification.
