ALL-IN-ONE with LDS / VISION

ALL-IN-ONE is the new generation of machines from Antares Vision Group. By integrating multiple and innovative technologies into a single solution, it creates a completely new approach to quality control for the food industry.

An innovative solution, unique on the market, capable of combining space optimization and production organization with the need to perform multiple real-time checks on every single product. With just a single machine installed on each production line, it is now possible to meet diverse quality requirements by using different technologies simultaneously, while ensuring full production compliance.

This configuration is capable of performing three fundamental inspections.

Upon entering the system, high-performance cameras and advanced lighting systems verify label presence and quality, the legibility of mandatory information—such as nutritional facts and expiration dates—and the correct reading of any 1D or 2D code. The inspection can be performed on the top, bottom, or both sides of the package.

The system is also able to inspect the seal area of trays and cups to ensure the absence of product residues or organic contaminants that could compromise its integrity. Thanks to hyperspectral technology, this check is possible even with opaque and colored packaging and films.

In the next step, the innovative LDS module for micro-leak detection comes into play. The system applies a light pressure to the package, encouraging the escape of the contained gas from any holes or micro-holes. The molecules contained in the dispersed gas are intercepted by multiple suction points arranged around the product and analyzed via IR absorption spectroscopy, which can identify even trace amounts of CO₂ originating from leaking MAP packaging. The module is available both in the configuration for products transported horizontally, like traditional trays, and in the new configuration for vertical products, such as cups, sandwiches, and doypacks traveling in an upright position.

All of this is enclosed in a compact solution that offers a single user interface for managing and displaying the results of all inspections, differentiated reject systems, automatic recipe setup, and reduced energy consumption.

Thanks to this new paradigm, food manufacturers no longer have to wonder how many inspection machines to install along the production line. They simply have to decide which checks to integrate into their ALL-IN-ONE system.
